मङ्सिर २७, मनिला (फिलिपिन्स) । एशियाका विकासशील देशहरूले देशभित्र थप रोजगारी सृजना, शीप अभिवृद्धि तथा समावेशी वृद्धिलाई प्रवद्र्धन गर्न प्राविधिक तथा व्यावसायिक शिक्षामा लगानी गर्नुपर्ने एशियाली विकास बैङ्क (एडीबी)को सुझाव छ । एशियाका विकासशील अर्थतन्त्रहरूले हालको ‘कारखानामा आधारित वृद्धि मोडल’बाट ज्ञान र प्रविधिमा आधारित मोडलतर्फ लाग्नुपर्ने एडीबीद्वारा प्रकाशित ‘स्कील डेभलपमेण्ट फर इन्क्लुसिभ एण्ड सष्टेनेबल ग्रोथ इन डेभलपिङ एशिया’मा भनिएको छ । तर, त्यसका लागि एशियाली देशका सरकारहरूले आफ्ना श्रमशक्तिको शीप विकास गर्ने खालका नीति तथा कार्यक्रम लागू गर्नुपर्ने एडीबीको सुझाव छ । विश्वभरिको बेरोजगारीमध्ये झण्डै आधाजति एशियाली क्षेत्रमा रहेको एडीबीका भाइस प्रेजिडेण्ट बिन्दु लोहनीले बताए । बेरोजगारीको त्यति ठूलो सङ्ख्या हुँदाहुँदै पनि एशियाली क्षेत्रका ४५ प्रतिशत रोजगारदाताले उपयुक्त शीप भएको जनशक्ति पाउन कठिनाइ महसूस गर्ने गरेका छन् ।
एडीबीको उक्त पुस्तिकाका अनुसार चीनमा मात्रै वार्षिक रूपले १५ करोडभन्दा बढी आप्रवासी ग्रामीण मजदूरहरू कामको खोजीमा शहरी क्षेत्रमा प्रवेश गर्छन् । तर, उनीहरूसँग शीपमूलक काम गर्न आवश्यक तालीम पुगेको छैन । त्यसैगरी भारतमा २० करोडभन्दा बढी कामदार न्यून उत्पादकत्व भएको काम गरिरहेका छन् । त्यसैले एशियाका विकासशील देशहरूले प्राज्ञिक पाठ्यक्रमभन्दा पनि बजार र उद्योगको मागअनुरूपको पाठ्यक्रम अँगाल्नुपर्ने एडीबीको सुझाव छ । एजेन्सी
